FAQ'S
YOU ASKED, WE ANSWERED
We know starting something new can be intimidating, but we promise, absolutely no one is judging & no one is looking as much as you feel like they are.

Q: What's the best yoga class for a beginner to attend?
A: Any class that fits your schedule! We pride ourselves on making every single class accessible and beneficial to all different levels of yogi. Our mission is to meet you where you are, and support you in learning a little bit at a time. We're so passionate about helping beginners with their first steps and would love to help you get started.

Q: How many days a week should I practice?
A: We'd love you see you every day ;) but if you're just starting out, we recommend 3 practices a week. More practice can be integrated at your own pace and as your schedule allows.

Q: What should I wear and bring to class?
A: You do NOT have to have fancy, expensive yoga gear. Wear clothing that fits comfortably, allows you to move freely, and can get sweaty. If you have your own mat, you're welcome to bring it. If not, borrow one of ours free of charge.

Q: When should I arrive?
A: 15 minutes is plenty of time to get signed in, set up and stretch out a bit before class starts.

Q: What is the policy for tardiness?
A: Please arrive on time to respect other students busy schedules. If you're running late or can't attend, send us a message and we can cancel your booking for you. We have a 5 minute grace period, after that doors will be locked, and there are no refunds, transfers or extensions for no shows without cancellation or communication.

Q: I have an injury. Can I still practice?
A: Taking care of our bodies is so important! Please consult your physician or medical professional when deciding if it's safe to practice with your injury, and let your instructor know what's going on so they can offer the best modifications and props to help you.

Q: Is this hot yoga?
A: No, this isn't a hot yoga studio, although every class is comfortably warm. You will be working hard, using dynamic movement, muscle awareness, feel challenged and you'll get sweaty as a by-product of that.
