I bartended full time for a decade…and I wish I had these #yinyoga poses in my tool kit much sooner.
So many of us need this stuff, because living a busy, full life has high demands on our bodies. Your #yogapractice should be holistic, and include tools for occasionally slowing down, replenishing and softening your edges. We’re more effective when pouring from a full cup

🍵
Poses (in order) for back pain relief & softening energy:
🐛 caterpillar pose: 1-3 minutes
🦌 deer pose: 2-4 minutes in each direction
👟 shoelace: 1-3 minutes each leg
🦋 legs up the wall: 2 minutes squatting, 2 minutes baddhakonasana
Try these and let me know how you do! 🫶🏽
